Recreatieoord "The Strien" owes its existence to the particular location to national park "The Eastern". It preaches self-love that we deal with nature. So we (in principle) using green power and we aim to both the ground and in the immediate area to contribute to a clean environment clean and safe water, natural beauty and a healthy environment. The sustainability analysis based on the environment barometer indicates that the site makes a positive contribution to CO2 reduction of 30 tons.
The refurbishment and expansion of the camp is focused on quality improvement with nature, biodiversity and landscape much attention.
